How can I book a tour?
Choose a tour on our website, send us your dates and group size, and we’ll confirm availability and your itinerary. Then pay securely online to receive your booking confirmation. You can also book directly by phone, WhatsApp or email at +250 783 844 455 or info@rwagasabosafaris.com.
What is included in the tour package?
Most packages include a local guide, private transport, airport transfers, accommodation, meals, park fees, and activities as listed in your itinerary. Flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, and personal expenses are not included. Check each tour page for details or contact us for a custom quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking for a refund up to 72 hours before your tour starts. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date are not eligible for a refund. The refund is made according to our Terms & Conditions.

Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
Yes, it depends on the activity. Gorilla trekking requires a minimum age of 15, and chimpanzee trekking and golden monkey tracking usually require 12. Wildlife safaris and city tours have no minimum age. Contact us and we’ll help you plan the right itinerary for your group.
What should I pack for the tour?
Pack light, comfortable clothing in layers, waterproof hiking boots, a rain jacket, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a refillable water bottle. For gorilla and chimpanzee treks, add long sleeves, long trousers, and gardening gloves. A camera with extra batteries and binoculars are also useful. Don’t forget your passport, visa documents, and any personal medication.
