We are an indigenous Tour Operator offering quality safaris with professional staff ready to provide clients with customer-friendly services, wildlife-related experiences natural environments, and at the same time safeguarding the conservation of our environment for the benefit of the local communities and the global world.
We have the right procedures put in place to cater to the varied needs and demands of our clientele. Our staff is provided with the right instructions and equipment. Our fleet of vehicles comprises 4 x 4 station wagons, omnibuses, coaches, omnibus, and saloon cars which are properly maintained, reliable and safe! Pricing and Payment Methods
Prices advertised on the rwagasabosafaris.com website are in USD. These prices are an average base price and may vary from the actual price on the day of booking. All payments may be done via bank transfer, Direct Payment Online( we provide a link for payment), Visa cards, or Cash. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, owners, agents, and affiliates, from and against any liability, damages, losses, claims, expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) directly or indirectly related to (1) your breach of the Agreement; or (2) the user content you submit, post, or transmit through the website.
Modification or suspension of our website
We may at any time modify, discontinue, or suspend the operation of our website, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you for purposes of upgrades or third-party maintenance.
Late arrivals
Please note that it does sometimes happen that your flight is delayed while in transit. As suppliers normally collect several people for the same safari departure, please be advised that if your flight is delayed, we are not willing to compromise the entire safari for other guests. In this instance, we will do our best to either arrange a private transfer for you or suggest you spend an extra day before departing the following day on safari. Please note that a private transfer or additional day is at your own cost.
Luggage or personal belongings left behind
If you do perhaps leave luggage, a camera, or something of value on one of the vehicles or at one of the lodges, where possible, we will assist in getting the found belongings returned to our office in Kigali. It is your responsibility from there to arrange with a local freight or shipping company to collect the goods.
Changes effected beyond our control
We will be excused for circumstances beyond our control that are deemed to be forces of nature, such as activities or tours canceled or postponed due to weather conditions or conditions deemed unsafe for participants.
In addition, we further indemnify ourselves against but not limited to volcanic eruptions, riots, hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, fires, civil unrest, kidnapping, air disasters, cruise or rail disasters, or any other disaster deemed to be out of our control, natural or otherwise.
Changes to the Itinerary
Please note that the itinerary we provide you with is an intended itinerary and may vary due to logistical reasons. We will strive to provide every activity on the itinerary or where possible we will replace the activity with a suitable substitution.
Changes to accommodation
Should it be deemed necessary due to inclement weather conditions, fire hazards, or any other forces of nature or circumstances beyond our control to move clients for their safety from the establishment where they are staying or where they have booked with us, we reserve the right to do so with little or no notice period.
Onward Travel arrangements
If the arrangements are made for the same day the tour ends, rwagasabosafaris.com and Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays failing to meet those arrangements.
Third-Party Applications
Please note that all third-party applications such as the currency converter or language converter should be used as an indication only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the results.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be in writing, via mail, Calls, or messages. All Tours and Safaris have a 100% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total tour cost and the balance is paid upon your arrival.
All cancellations received in writing and agreed upon between the client and Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd will receive the following refund:
21 days = 50 % refund of payment already made excluding non-refundable deposit
14 days: = 25 % refund of payment already made excluding non-refundable deposit
7 days or less: = 0 % refund of payment already made excluding non-refundable deposit
Flight Cancellations
All flight bookings made by Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd on behalf of clients are non-refundable and do not form part of the normal cancellation policy. Once the flight e-tickets have been issued to the client the amount paid for the tickets is non-refundable.
Changes to the Itinerary made by the Client
If the client changes or amends the itinerary whilst on tour without consulting Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd, then the client is liable for any additional costs that may apply. In addition, if the client chooses to forfeit a safari drive or activity it will not be refunded or replaced with an alternative activity as all activities and drives form part of a tour package negotiated with suppliers and are paid for in advance. Any changes made will be for the client’s account and only be possible if agreed to by the supplier. Please consider and remember that you form part of a pre-arranged tour.
Alteration to tours
The company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation, or mode of transport should conditions necessitate such alteration.
Security
All partner guides carry cellular telephones and keep in touch with the office daily. They also have a reliable emergency backup system in place.
Safety
All partner vehicles have operating licenses & public Liability. Driver Guides also have public driving permits.
Responsibility
Whilst Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd, their employees, and/or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for and shall be exempt from any liability for any delay, loss, damage, illness, or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property or alleged inferior accommodation.
Wild animals
Although attacks by wild animals are rare, guests are reminded that many of the animals and reptiles they will see are potentially dangerous. Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd, their contracted Tour Operators, selected private lodges and national parks cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused during an incident involving the behavior of wild animals.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that passengers have adequate insurance against cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accident, medical expenses, or the unfortunate misfortune of the company Rwagasabo Safaris Ltd being deemed insolvent before the safari departure occurs.
